Former Twelve Oaks Operator Asks State to Investigate Sale

The 50 senior residents living at the facility are told they will have to move out.

The Glendale chapter of the National Charity League says the potential sale of the Twelve Oaks Lodge in the Verdugo City area violates the trust's original intent and it wants the California attorney general's help in investigating the issue, according to the Glendale News-Press

The National Charity League used to operate the facility before the current owner, according to the report. 

About 50 senior residents that live at the facility and have been told they will have to move out within the next two months due to the sale. The facility, located at 2820 Sycamore Ave., has been operating for almost 80 years but is schedule to be fully closed by Nov. 1. Click here for more info.
