Visual Art Studio, or VAS, is a company that offers assistance to students looking to enhance or create portfolios forMore applying to art colleges. Founded by Helena Min in 1993, the studio works with students in areas such as life drawing, painting and animation work. It even offers prep courses on topics such as 2-D and 3-D graphic art, digital painting and digital character design. The studio is well-sized, with an open art area featuring plenty of space for larger classes. The instructors are all college-educated artists who are experts in their respective fields. Adult art classes, open to the general public, are also available. On-site parking is free.
