Hello from Montrose Kung Fu & Tai Chi...
You're invited to stop in to meet our new instructors on Saturday! One is a black belt in Eagle Claw, and expert in Yang style Tai Chi for healing and for martial arts. Our other instructor is a Master in Southern Tai Chi Mantis.
We will begin with a FREE Introductory class in Yang style Tai Chi at 8:30am, followed by Free Introductory Kung Fu classes, at 9:30am featuring Eagle Claw, and at 10:30am featuring Tai Chi Mantis!
All ages welcome… no experience necessary!
Wear loose fitting or “workout” clothing.
If you bring a friend who signs up, you get TWO Free classes or a 45-minute private lesson!
