Swimming: CV High Falls to Los Osos
The two teams met Saturday, with the Falcons gunning for a second straight CIF Southern Section Division II championship.
Crescenta Valley High School's two storied seniors, Young Tae Seo and Harrison Thai, came into Riverside City College Saturday and tried to bring home a second straight CIF Southern Section Division II championship for the Falcons' swim team. But it wasn't to be, according to a story in the Glendale News-Press.
It was the squad from Los Osos that proved to be too great an opponent, as it won six events and set three new Division II benchmarks en route to rolling up 285 points to the Falcons' 234.
