Preschool Registration Runs Through Jan. 27

If you don't qualify for priority registration, you may participate in the random lottery in February.

 will hold priority registration for the 2012-13 year through Jan. 27.

Priority preschool registration is given to those who are currently enrolled in the program and their siblings, as well as those who attended the school from fall 2008 to spring 2011, according to the center's website.

A random lottery for all other interested parents will be held in February.  To qualify, children must turn 3-years-old by Dec. 2, 2012 and be potty trained.

To receive the lottery form, please call the school and give your child’s name, age, address,  birth date and phone number. Forms must be turned in by Jan. 27, as well as a non-refundable $85 registration fee.

You may take a tour of the school by appointment only. To schedule a tour or enter your child in the lottery, please call school director Danielle Caputo at 818-790-8687.

The preschool is an extension of the Community Center and offers a half-day program for children ages three to five.

Program highlights include weekly music, Dance and Jingle, and gardening, where the children learn about and grow their own vegetables.
