Sheriff's Department Honors Crescenta Valley Volunteers

The men were recognized for their many hours of service to the department.

Three volunteers at the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department Crescenta Valley Station were honored recently for their volunteer work.

Bob Keiter earned the Volunteer of the Year award, while volunteers Bob Pierpoint and Nerces Kevorkian were honored with the 1,000 hour pin. All three were greeted by Sheriff Lee Baca.

The trio was honored at the 5th Annual Volunteer of the Year Award and 1,000 Hour Pinning Recognition Banquet, which honors countless volunteers throughout LA County.
