See Where the Water Pipe Construction Begins Next Saturday

Crescenta Valley Water District is installing new water pipes in the 2300 block of Chapman Road and three blocks of Cloud Avenue.

Construction starts Saturday, Sept. 17 to remove nearly 2,000 feet of eight-inch pipeline with cement and mortar-lined steel pipes in the 2300 block of Chapman Road and three blocks of Cloud Avenue, said Christy Scott, Program Specialist. 

Monrovia-based Brkich Construction was awarded concrete-busting contract with a $255,765 bid and has completed about 10 different projects in La Crescenta since 2000. Some public work includes pipe replacements on Oakendale Place, Rosemont and Honolulu avenues.
