Public Hearing for Proposed Starbucks Not Scheduled Yet

There is no decision set and no date arranged for a public hearing , across the street from in Montrose. 

Starbucks is applying for two Glendale permits, including a parking reduction and condition of use permit that would categorize the location at 2284 Honolulu Ave. as a fast food restaurant, Tim Foy, Assistant Director of Community Planning Department, told Patch.

When the public hearing is planned, property owners and tenants within 500 feet of 2284 Honolulu Ave. will be notified, along with a public sign outside the window of and notification to different homeowners associations in the area, Foy said.

Patch and other local media outlets will also publicize the event.
