Montrose And La Crescenta Tops the Charts in Los Angeles County's Most Valuable Cities
Glendale is the top five most valued city in Los Angeles County.
Locals can take pride in their new ranking as a top valued city after the Los Angeles County assessor released a report naming Glendale the top valued city.
Areas of Montrose and La Crescenta, which are zoned and included in Glendale, was ranked fifth on the report for the fiscal year. Growth was reported at 1.7 percent compared to 2010 and a value of $23.2 billion.
Nearby La Canada Flintridge has mixed-price homes with strong resale value which lead the area to 3.2 percent, according to the report.
