Glendale's Neighborhood Services offers basic maintenance assistance with the Property Clean Up Program. The following are services offered by the program:
- Removal of overgrown vegetation, weeds
- Removal and hauling of junk and debris
- Minor tree trimming
- Shrub trimming
- Emptying of un-maintained swimming pools
- Annual property maintenance contracts are available
