ADI Contractors Renovated Drayman's Condo with City Funds
Two ADI contractors told the FBI that they were paid city funds to renovate ex-city councilman John Drayman's Montrose Condo.
Funds for the L.A. affordable housing project Manitou Vistas II were instead used to renovate John Drayman's Montrose condo, allege two ADI contractors who worked on the job.
