Two Lost Hikers Found Safe
Montrose Search and Rescue Team found the hikers Sunday night and escorted them out of the canyon.
Two lost hikers who were missing from Buckhorn Camp at Angeles Crest Highway were found uninjured, officials said.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Montrose Search and Rescue found them about 6:50 p.m. Sunday and escorted them out of the canyon to Newcombs Ranch, according to Capt. Mike Parker of the Sheriff's Headquarters Bureau.
Parker suggests that hikers always complete a plan before taking the trail.
