The Worst Drivers Could Live in Montrose

Glendale drivers, who include folks from La Crescenta and Montrose, are the worst to share the road with, according to an insurance study. 

Allstate America’s Best Drivers Report cites Glendale, with a population estimated at 196,882, ranked 191 out of 193 cities for having bad drivers.

Pedal-pushers in Glendale are about 80.8 percent more likely to have an accident compared to the national average, according to the study. 

Particularly the Crescenta Valley was noted last month for its high volume of , some fatal.

Transportation for America mapped out more than 47,000 pedestrian deaths in the U.S. from 2000 to 2009, and according to their figures, there were five pedestrians killed in the Crescenta Valley during that time.
