Glendale-Born "Terminator 2" Actor Arrested

Edward Furlong--who was born in Glendale and attended schools in Altadena and South Pasadena--is in police custody for an alleged domestic battery incident.

Actor Edward Furlong, best known for his role as John Connor opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator 2: Judgment Day, was in custody Tuesday on suspicion of domestic battery.

Furlong, 35, was arrested about 5:45 a.m. Sunday by deputies sent to the 1400 block of Laurel Avenue in West Hollywood on a domestic disturbance call, according to the Sheriff's Department.

The actor was born in Glendale, attended Charles W. Eliot Middle School in Altadena, and South Pasadena Junior High School in South Pasadena, according to IMDB.com

Furlong was booked on suspicion of domestic battery, and also was held on a warrant for felony domestic violence, sheriff's officials said. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
