Rosemont Student Hit By Car

A female student was the victim of a hit-and-run on Wed. night while crossing Ramsdell Ave.

A female student was struck by a car at 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday while crossing Ramsdell Ave. just north of Foothill Blvd., according to a bulletin sent out by the school. The girl reportedly sustained injuries and is at a local hospital.

The driver did not stop and sped through the stop light at Foothill Blvd., according to the bulletin. The driver's side mirror broke off due to the impact. It is believed that the car is a dark-colored, blue or back Honda CRV or small SUV.
