Public Urged to Call Tip Lines in Christopher Dorner Search

As joint task force seeks public's help in capturing former Los Angeles cop and triple murder suspect Christopher Dorner, local police say no tips have come in about possible Dorner sightings in the area.

A joint task force comprised of the FBI, the United States Marshals Service and police chiefs of Los Angeles, Riverside and Irvine released telephone numbers for anyone with information regarding the possible whereabouts of triple murder suspect Christopher Dorner.

The public is asked to call these tip lines:

1-213-486-6860
1-800-222-8477

The joint task force reminds the public that if you see Christopher Dorner, call 911 immediately. Do not approach him as he is considered armed and dangerous.

Locally, no one has called to report any possible Dorner sightings to police, a watch commander at the Crescenta Valley Sheriff's Station told Patch Monday.
