Possible Bear Sighting in La Crescenta
Deputies responded to a large bear call but never found the animal.
A large bear was reported Tuesday night outside a La Crescenta home but fish and game officials never found it.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a possible bear sighting call about 9:20 p.m. between Canyonside Road and Freeman Avenue, Sheriff’s Sgt. Tracy Stuart of told Patch.
The animal was knocking down trashcans and wondered into a front yard, the Pasadena Star News reported.
