Got Drugs?

Drop off unused or expired prescription drugs at several locations throughout the Crescenta Valley and Glendale area on Saturday during Drug Take Back Day.

Locals with unused, unwanted or expired prescription drugs can drop them off anonymously Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day. 

The Crescenta Valley Drug & Alcohol Prevention Coalition in partnership with Glendale Police Department; Glendale Community College Police Department; Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Crescenta Valley Station; and the Drug Enforcement Administration will host several drug deposit locations: 

  • Glendale Community College, 1500 N. Verdugo Rd. at Circle Drive
  • CVS Pharmacy, 6588 Foothill Blvd., Tujunga

The national event is held to collect unused or expired prescriptions, pills, ointments and drops to keep out of danger of children and prevent abuse and misuse. No needles or sharps will be collected.
