Missing Sparr Heights Suspect Turns Himself in

Sparr Heights burglary suspect Brian Gonzalez turned himself in to court authorities Tuesday.

A burglary suspect who escaped Glendale police during a Sparr Heights neighborhood lockdown has turned himself in, officials said.

Brian Gonzalez, 22, went to a court on Tuesday afternoon and identified himself, .

Glendale Police booked Gonzalez about 1:35 p.m. Tuesday in lieu of $50,000 bail, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department Inmate Information Center.

Burglary suspect John Rodney Livingston, 19, is held at Twin Towers Correctional Facility, according to sheriff's officials.

Livingston was arrested on the day of the burglary Sept. 28 near Rosemary Avenue and Sunview Drive, according to Glendale Police Department's daily booking report. He is held at $50,000 bail.

Both Livingston and Gonzalez will be at Burbank Municipal Court, 300 East Olive, at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

 

, stole the items they could, then ran through several backyards and tried to get rid of bags of jewelery in the 3400 block of Las Palmas Avenue.

"They were armed with burglary tools, no weapons," Sgt. Tom Lorenz told Patch. "At this time only jewelry was reported to be taken."
