Firefighters Will Teach CPR at the La Cañada Ralphs Thursday

Local firefighters and lifeguards will be offering this free lifesaving training at various locations throughout Los Angeles County.

Anyone can learn CPR, and everyone should, according to Los Angeles County Fire officials.

In honor of National CPR Week, the L.A. County Fire Department will join the Los Angeles County EMS Agency, American Heart Association, and fire departments throughout Los Angeles County in teaching everyday citizens HANDS ONLY CPR.

If you can't make it to the live training session at Ralphs, 521 W. Foothill Blvd., La Canada Flintridge between 1-5 p.m., then watch this video and learn the basics.
