Arune Kavaliauskaite, 28, allegedly hit the employee with her white convertible Friday after the employee warned her about her dog being off leash.

She then backed the car into the employee, knocking her into another car and almost running over her toes, according to Jones.  The employee was later taken to the hospital, department records indicate

Kavaliauskaite was released on bail, and records show that she has not yet been charged with the assault.  Once suspects make bail it is not unusual for charges to be announced up to several weeks after the arrest.
