Crime Blotter: Three Vehicles Vandalized

The following reports were taken from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Crescenta Valley Station. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

At 3:05 p.m. on Jan. 10, a man driving in the 2800 block of Montrose Avenue reported an unidentified suspect shot a B.B. gun at his Chevy Silverado.

Between 5 p.m. on Jan. 12 and 6:30 a.m. on Jan. 13, a victim reported that her vehicle was vandalized in the 2200 block of Mar Vista Avenue in Montrose. The victim noted that an unidentified suspect poured an unknown chemical on the front passenger door of her 2005 Honda Civic, causing the paint to melt off the side panel.  issued a report memo.

Between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Jan. 13 a victim at reported that a Juicy Couture jacket, cashmere sweater, Gilly Hicks blue jeans, TCU t-shirt, and two pairs of Tom's shoes were stolen from inside her locker. The victim noted that she placed the items in a shopping bag inside her locker during snack period but was unable to secure the locker door closed because it does not latch. No witnesses were reported.

Between 9 p.m. on Jan. 15 and 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 16, a victim reported that the rear passenger window of his 2012 Volkswagen Jetta had been smashed by an unidentified suspect on the southbound side of Briggs Avenue in La Crecenta.
