Burglary Suspect's Whereabouts Still Unknown, Another in Court

Police report alleged Sparr Heights burglary suspects Brian Gonzalez and John Rodney Livingston tried to hide stolen jewelry and ran through several backyards.

Police continue looking for burglary suspect Brian Gonzalez while John Rodney Livingston, 19, was scheduled to be arraigned in court today.

John Rodney Livingston was arrested about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday near Rosemary Avenue and Sunview Drive, according to Glendale Police Department's daily booking report. He is held at $50,000 bail.

Livingston and Gonzalez allegedly broke into a house, stole the items they could, then ran through several backyards and tried to get rid of bags of jewelery in the 3400 block of Las Palmas Avenue, according to the Glendale News-Press.

The two men often live in motels but have family ties to Sunland and Tujunga, the News-Press reported. They were staying at the Glen Capri Inn, at 6700 San Fernando Road in Glendale.

Officers found pry marks on a door and noticed a window screen was removed in the 3400 block of Sierra Vista, according to the News-Press.
