Police allege that Goodman committed these burglaries on foot and always had an excuse if he was questioned by a resident. Police say that Goodman was "very clean": re-locking doors that he entered and putting window screens back on. Police say that if Goodman was approached by a resident in the home he was allegedly burglarizing, he would tell that resident he was looking for a friend.

Police claim Goodman is a heroin addict who sold stolen property to fuel his drug habit.
