Unemployment Development Department - Fail

I have not received my unemployment check. The phone number to call hangs up on you. The other number goes in a loop, so nothing. They website says they are upgrading their 30 year old system. I went to their Facebook site and found I was not alone and others were worse off than I. The contact page is a loop and directs one to a non-existent site. The media should be on this! There were single moms who needed help on that site. Anyone know how to get a live body at the EDD?
