L.A. City Council Heartless

This is sad news. If you don't want homeless to be anywhere find them homes. By the grace of God go People who have homes. City Council take your unearned money and rent a homeless PERSON a suitable place to live. Have a spare bedroom? Make good use of it and give someone a home. I challenge each and everyone f you to survive on the streets of Los Angeles for a week without money, debit cards, cell phones, ID, in a place where you don't know where you are and don't have a friend in the world. If after you complete this exercise and still feel the same way. Then make an educated decision to throw human beings away Shame on you.
