Blog: 'Say Cheese!' Vacation Photo Contest!

Win up to $500 off your next vacation with Montrose Travel's 'Say Cheese!' Vacation Photo Contest!

Montrose Travel Hosts ‘Say Cheese!’ Facebook Contest

Montrose Travel welcomes in the new year by asking everyone to consider the following question: Where will you ‘Say Cheese!’ this year?

From Alaska to the South Pacific, Montrose Travel is encouraging people to dust off their camera, pack their bags, and take that vacation they have been dreaming about. Whether it’s with friends, family or a combination of both, what destination will put a cheesy smile on your face this year?

Inspired by their own employees’ cheesy vacation photos, Montrose Travel is hosting a Facebook contest where the grand prize winner will receive $500 off their next vacation. Starting January 15th through January 27th, contestants will be able to submit their best ‘Say Cheese!” vacation photo and be entered for a chance to win. A panelist of five Montrose Travel employees will select ten finalists and the contest will open for public voting on January 31st to choose the winner.

The Facebook contest grand prize winner will receive $500 off their next vacation, the second place winner will receive $200 off their next vacation, and the third place winner will receive $100 off their next vacation. The winners will be announced on February 11, 2013.

As a family-owned company, Montrose Travel embraces the values and importance of spending time with family and friends. Looking back on her favorite vacations, Senior Marketing Specialist Julia Pfeiffer-Hogg comments, “I have wonderful memories and cheesy moments from trips I have taken over the years. The pictures are priceless mementos that remind me of the important people in my life, and the amazing experiences we’ve shared together all over the world.”

To give contestants inspiration and ideas, Montrose Travel has created a Family Photo Album on their Facebook page at www.facebook.com/MontroseTravel. The Montrose Travel family has submitted vacation photos from their travel adventures and encourages people to get to know the Personal Vacation Planners working to make each vacation as special as possible.

Montrose Travel has shared their family photos and now encourages everyone to share theirs. The ‘Say Cheese!’ Facebook contest begins Tuesday, January 15th. Visit www.montrosetravel.com/say-cheese for ideas on where to ‘Say Cheese!’ this year and preserve that special memory.
