The chance of rain is 100 percent, according to the National Weather Service. A thunderstorm is expected before 11 p.m., followed by showers. Highs are expected to hover around 57 degrees Fahrenheit, with winds gusting up to 25 miles per hour. A low of 44 degrees is predicted for Sunday night. Monday should be sunny with a high near 58 degrees.
