Free Blaze Pizza Mother's Day Weekend in Glendale

Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza today announced that it will open its 10th Southern California location, at
the Glendale Galleria Mall, on Thursday, May 8. To celebrate the grand opening,
the new Blaze Pizza at the Glendale Galleria (100 West Broadway) will offer
FREE build-your-own artisanal pizzas to anyone who follows Blaze Pizza on
Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook on Saturday, May 10, from 11:00 a.m. until 11:00
p.m. The 60+ seat fast-casual restaurant is

located on the Galleria’s top-floor, in the Bloomingdale’s wing.

Blaze Pizza uses an interactive
ordering format that allows guests to create

their own custom artisanal pizzas at lightning fast speed – each for around $8.00.
The generously sized personal pizzas are then sent to a blazing hot

open-flame oven — the centerpiece of the restaurant — where dedicated pizzasmiths ensure that the
thin-crust pies are “fast-fire’d” in less than 180 seconds.  Each restaurant makes its own dough from
scratch using a recipe that requires a 24-hour fermentation period to produce its
signature light-as-air, crisp crust.  Blaze Pizza’s menu also features signature
salads, fresh lemonades, and house-made S’more Pies.  For pizza fans with specific dietary needs,
Blaze Pizza offers gluten-free dough and vegan cheese.  The restaurant also offers online ordering
(not valid for Free Pizza day).
