Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of therapeutic exercise based on the writings of the I-Ching classics, Taoism Yin and Yang principles, and Shaolin martial arts which promotes relaxing the mind and balancing the body, harmonizing your blood flow circulation with your breathing and improving your mental focus. Tai Chi practice emphasizes being effortless, soft, and flowing. Slow, even, rhythmical movements are its distinctive features. The use of force, haste, or speed is not desired.  Among the many reported benefits of Tai Chi is increased energy and flexibility, improved balance, and overall improvements in mental and physical health.
