This new class designed for the college-bound, will teach even the most inexperienced chef how to make healthy and delicious food, using minimal ingredients, a tight budget, and a dorm-style kitchen. It’s everything students need to satisfy their hunger when they’re on their own away from home. Learn how to make delicious breakfast and lunch wraps with yummy spreads and fresh veggies (with or without meat), soups from scratch, butternut squash salad with tahini dressing, gourmet sandwiches, pizzas, full entrees, and desserts that can be made quickly and affordably. We may even spend a whole class on making bread, doughnuts, and/or cupcakes from scratch. Please let us know in advance of any food allergies.
