At the present moment, offshore winds are blowing into the foothill areas, providing pleasant temperatures and gusty winds at 25-35 miles per hour. Temperatures will settle in the lower seventies Tuesday, making for a pleasant day for Glendale voters as they head to the polls.
Tuesday night, however, the deepening marine layer will cause drizzle to descend through Wednesday morning, reports Stuart Seto of the National Weather Service. Furthermore, as pressure drops down from the north, Thursday and Friday will come with a 20-30 percent chance of rain lasting through Saturday morning. Snow will also be falling about 3500 feet.
By Saturday, however, high pressure will continue to build once again, and the weather will turn dry and temperatures will climb out of the mid-sixties.
