Alleged 210 Freeway Killer Has Hearing on Monday

A Tujunga man who allegedly killed his cousin and dumped her body out of a moving car onto the 210 Freeway in 2011 has a court hearing on Monday.

Aram Sarukhanyan is charged with murder and could face more than 50 years to life in prison if convicted in the slaying. 

Sarukhanyan was found bleeding from self-inflicted gunshot wounds alongside the southbound Glendale (2) Freeway near Mountain Street after the alleged murder, according to authorities. He was hospitalized at and released in May 2011.
