Sasoon Mananian with Spectra Associates Inc. in Montrose, Calif., has earned the California-specific designation of “Certified Community Association Manager” (CCAM®) from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) during the last quarter of 2012. The CCAM certification is awarded to community managers who have completed CACM’s educational curriculum program and fulfilled a minimum requirement of work experience in the field of community association management.
“Earning the CCAM designation – which focuses 100 percent on California law as it
pertains to community management – is a hard-earned achievement and we are

Managers who earn the CCAM designation are well-equipped to
navigate California law and have demonstrated strong, ethical standards of conduct and practice as they relate to managing common interest developments in this state.”
