To celebrate one year of selling Hardee's made-from-scratch biscuits in the greater Los Angeles area, Carl's Jr. on Thursday is offering complimentary buttermilk breakfasts to dine-in customers at 371 locations in Los Angeles, Ventura, Riverside, Orange and San Bernardino counties. The free offer runs from 6-10:30 a.m. One biscuit per person.
According to a press release from the company, restaurants throughout the region were fitted with commercial ovens and biscuit preparation tables last year. Since then, biscuit bakers have arrived to work in the early-morning hours to prepare and roll the dough by hand every day.
