UPDATE 6:20 p.m.: Traffic has cleared on the 210 according to sigalert.com.
Traffic was backed up on the 210 Freeway into La Creacenta in the westbound lanes as of 4:45 p.m. Friday due to a small brush fire in the Lake View Terrace area.
According to an alert sent out by the Los Angeles Fire Department, the fire was contained as of 3:15 p.m. to a quarter acre near the 11700 block of Foothill Boulevard, which is near the 210.
