Ida Tongkumvong, 10, is a budding young artist. Ida started creating art as a 2-year-old. She won the banner contest at Verdugo Woodlands Elementary for three years in a row and recently placed first place in the La Crescenta Library Community Art Contest, Children's division with Lonely Puppy.
