Dog Found Alone Near Angeles National Forest

A local woman found this dog in Tujunga, near Angeles National Forest. Do you recognize this white, possible Great Pyrenees?

Local Susan Dennis contacted Patch about a friendly dog she found in Tujunga, near Angeles National Forest.

Do you or someone you know recognize this dog?

The female, nearly 18-month-old dog appears to be a Great Pyrenees, Dennis told Patch.

"I recently found this beautiful dog wandering the street in Tujunga near Angeles National Forest.  She looked as if she had been walking quite awhile with sore paws, but was otherwise in great health," Dennis said.

Dennis took the dog home and wants to help find the owner.

"She has obviously had some training and is a wonderful dog. I am looking for an owner that may have lost her. She had no tags or id chip," she said.

If this is your pet or belongs to someone you know, call Susan Dennis at 818-353-6202 or via email dzdennis@ca.rr.com.
