Veterans Will Hold Vigil at Two Strike Park
Local members of American Legion Post 288 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1614 invite the community to its Veteran's Day event at Two Strike Park in La Crescenta.
American Legion Post 288 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1614 will honor veterans and active duty military personnel with a vigil at Two Strike Park War Memorial on Monday, Veteran's Day, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Vigil will be followed by a ceremony. All area veterans will be honored with a “Salute to the Military” conducted by the Crescenta Valley High School JROTC under the leadership of Col. Worley.
USAF and Boy Scout Troop 288 will lead a "Flag Retirement."
