Teh 6th annual Crescenta Valley Community Pancake Breakfast is happening Saturday at Crescenta Valley High School.
Proceeds from the breakfast, which is hosted by the Crescenta Valley Town Council, go toward various CVHS teams and organizations, and each ticket is entered into a drawing for a mini iPad.
CV Town Council Vice President Frank Beyt spoke at the council's meeting Thursday to encourage community members to attend.
"I will be very, very upset with all of all of you if you don't show up. It's always a good event. You will see people you haven't seen in years. Sometimes that's good, sometimes not so good. But anyway, you will have that opportunity," Beyt said, getting a number of laughs from the crowd.
The event is from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and tickets are $5 if purchased in advance or $6 at the event. Click here for more information.
