UPDATE: Missing La Crescenta Mom Left Family a Note

Missing 33-year-old mother Megan DiPiazza left a note "saying good bye to her family," Glendale Police Department officials told Patch on Wednesday.

UPDATE 2:46 p.m. Glendale Police Department Sgt. Tom Lorenz released the following statement to Patch via email on Wednesday: 

The Glendale Police Department is asking the public’s help in locating Megan Sue DiPiazza, 33. She was last seen on the evening of November 11, 2012. A note was discovered “saying good bye to her family.” Megan has a history of depression. 

There is no indication of foul play. No suspicious activity has been identified. The Police Department would like to speak with Megan Dipiazza. The family is concerned for her welfare and has been working closely with the family.

Hair: Blonde 
Eyes: Green 
Height: 5’06” 
Weight: 122 Lbs

Megan’s vehicle is a 2013 Gray Toyota Scion plate number 6XJR885 (Vehicle may not have any plates on it).
