Where do you go for your favorite local margarita?

Feb. 22 is National Margarita Day and Montrose Patch asks you where you taste your favorite salty, sweet and tequila-filled delight.

Do you like the frozen beverage on the rocks, blended or with salt?

Do you prefer fruit-flavored or a classic house margarita?

You tell us whether the best margarita in town comes from Joselito's Mexican FoodPepe's Mexican Food or El Charro Restaurant

Voting will take place until Friday, March 2, and the winning margarita will be named.

Want to take it to the next level? Post photos of your best margarita at the local restaurants or send them to Editor Nicole Charky at nicole.charky@patch.com.

Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results and reviews on Patch Places. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.

La Cabanita never gets a cold shoulder from me, however, it's outside the Montrose boundary line and falls within Glendale proper. If it's a huge atrocity to local margarita lovers, and I hear people want La Cabanita on the list, I will reconsider them. What do you guys think?

My house is technically in Glendale, but I am two blocks from Montrose...so i consider myself to be in Montrose. I can also walk to La Cabinata...so I vote that it is Montrose! :-D

guess I will have to try Joselito's margarita, so many seem to love it. I've been partial to El Charro (although I don't like the food) margarita's mixed up by Mel.

La Cabanita and Los Gringos Locos would be tied for the top spot, if you had allowed them to be included in the poll. They are in the local Montrose area (especially La Cabanita).
